Invoices are emailed on the spot with detailed, neatly typed notes about the service and any problems or recommendations we have to improve the lawn. Sloppy hand written notes are a thing of the past. 

If we do not meet or exceed your expectations, we vow to work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied. We try to be as realistic as possible with this promise by having a proactive, truthful and quick acting approach to address issues. Most problems will be addressed in the note section of your invoice. You will be contacted directly for any urgent problems such as Grubs or Chinch Bugs
