Fertilization
Tailored 6 step fertilization programs are incorporated with organic material to do what larger companies only say they'll do and actually improve your lawn from the roots up.
Incorporating organic material such as bio-solids and humic acid is very important in getting the microbes in the soil working together efficiently.
Starting at $65.00 per application for lawns 5,000 square feet and less.

Weed Control
Weed control is included in your fertilization program. For most of the year, they are precisely targeted with spot spraying to reduce the amount of herbicide used through the season.

We also offer organic programs where no weed control is applied, if you prefer.

Aeration & Over Seeding
Aeration is an important part of a lawn care program, which boosts root growth, reduces soil compaction and allows better air and water flow. Add over-seeding to introduce new grass types and fill in thin and bare areas.
For larger problem areas, renovations including de-thatching and slice-seeding are available.

Mosquito & Tick Control
Take control of your yard again with our mosquito and tick control applications. This 6 step program will protect you and your family all summer long with thorough and precise applications every 3 weeks from May through September. Organic Options are available
Perimeter pest control also available to help eliminate home invading insects such as spiders and ants.

Mowing & Seasonal Clean-ups

Grub Preventative
A mandatory extra to all non-organic programs.
Applied through June and July, grub preventative essentially acts as insurance should the lawn get grub damage later in the year. Any damaged turf will be fixed free of charge. This application MUST be watered in to be effective.
If preventative is not applied, cost of the curative product and turf repair is the clients responsibility.

Soil Testing
For any problem areas or first time customers who want to get a picture of where their lawn is at, soil testing will tell you everything you need to know. $65.00 per test.

Lime
An optimal PH level is around 6.5 for most grass types.
Only high quality, fast acting lime is used. Soil PH Checks are done in spring before lime is put down and then again in fall to see where the soil is at.
