3. Service Agreements

a. Scheduling and Appointments:

  • Services are scheduled based on mutual agreement and seasonal considerations.

  • You are responsible for ensuring access to your property on scheduled service dates.

b. Service Modifications:

  • Requests for changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

c. Guarantee:

  • We stand by the quality of our services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of the service date for resolution.

4. Payment Terms

a. Invoicing:

  • Invoices are sent electronically unless otherwise requested.

  • Payment is due upon receipt unless specified differently in a written agreement.

b. Late Payments:

  • A late fee of $30 will be applied to invoices unpaid after 15 days.

  • Accounts overdue by 30 days may result in service suspension.

c. Prepaid Services:

  • Prepay discounts are available for certain services. These payments are non-refundable unless the service is canceled by us.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

  • Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on services already rendered.

b. Company-Initiated Cancellations:

  • We reserve the right to cancel services for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, safety concerns, or property conditions. Refunds for prepaid services will be issued on a prorated basis.

6. Property and Safety

a. Property Conditions:

  • You are responsible for disclosing any hazards, obstacles, or special conditions on your property that may affect our services.

b. Damage Disclaimer:

  • While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage caused by:

    • Hidden items such as irrigation heads, cables, or pipes.

    • Pre-existing conditions or hazards.

7. Intellectual Property
